Consultant - Criminal Asset Management
Retired from public service, Guy has extensive experience in setting up, managing and promoting criminal asset management systems.
He has assisted with the writing and review of policy and law in criminal asset management in the Southern Hemisphere. He has presented at a number of global conferences over the years and participated as a facilitator in many international seminars and workshops on criminal asset management and themes, including staff safety, contracting with the private sector, inter agency cooperation, asset management, storage and disposal techniques.
Previously Guy managed the Official Assignee for New Zealand statutory responsibilities under the Criminal Proceed (Recovery) Act 2009 and managing the New Zealand Insolvency and Trustee Service Official Assignee Compliance Unit functions investigating and prosecuting breaches of insolvency law in New Zealand.
