Interested in building our European sales team? With existing European customers, and a strong European pipeline, we are looking for an experienced sales leader who is ready to take over warm opportunities, handle the stakeholder management, and guide our prospects through to the close of the deal, pulling in relevant team members to support as required.
As we convert more of our pipeline in Europe and demonstrate increasing demand, the candidate will be able to grow their team and should therefore have some management experience. However, the immediate task is to be hands on with some of the most senior stakeholders across government bodies, to make it easier for them to seize assets.
As the first and only end-to-end platform for seized assets, you won’t be up against any like-for-like competition. Instead, your challenge will be helping prospects grasp who we are, what we do, and to guide them through the challenges they face, and how we solve them, so they’ll never need to find another solution when it comes to seized assets. To do this you will need to lead with curiosity. We strongly believe the client should clearly articulate a problem before we try to present a solution.
The ideal candidate will have a rich history in analysing pipeline, to determine which accounts can be converted in the shortest time frame and catalyse the sale process. In our experience our clients become advocates within their region generating new word of mouth referrals and so early velocity will generate additional organic momentum.
You are someone who understands and is experienced in how to work with government stakeholders, navigate public sector procurement, unblock legal/commercial barriers, and ultimately get contracts across the line. Success in this role is measured by delivering market saturation in your territory on our path to becoming the global asset recovery operating system. As well as being an integral part of the wider sales team, you’ll be working closely with our customer enablement manager to support the smooth transition of the customer-sales relationship to the customer-CS relationship. Our customer enablement manager will sit in on your sales call to really get to know the prospect and to tell their story to our CS team when the deal closes.
